1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following locations:

Qatar: Local delivery.

GCC Countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

International: We ship to select international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched:

GCC: 3-5 business days

International: 5-8 business days (varies by region)
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or for remote locations. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes or other courier-related issues.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the final shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Qatar: Shipping is complimentary on all orders above 1200 QAR and for our exclusive program members.

All Other Destinations: A flat rate based on your destination is calculated at checkout.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Qatar & GCC: Most regional shipments do not incur additional customs duties.

International: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Bazzah Couture.
5. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Sunday to Thursday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
6. Packaging
Every piece is delivered in premium branded packaging with protective wrapping to ensure your purchase arrives in pristine condition. If you are gifting an item, you may request complimentary gift wrapping at checkout.
7. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted regional and international couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including Aramex, DHL, and FedEx.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order (e.g., a delay, damaged parcel, or tracking concerns), please contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
